Longer days, golden evenings, and the Arctic coming alive.
By late April, Lofoten is bursting into a brighter season. The days stretch long — with golden light lingering late into the night — and the air carries the warmth of spring while snow still caps the peaks.
Each morning begins with energizing yoga to awaken the body. Then we head out for adventure: hiking windswept beaches and dramatic ridgelines, visiting the cozy fishing village of Henningsvær, and spending a day gliding through fjords on a guided sea kayaking tour.
Back at the retreat house, the magic continues — whether you’re soaking in the seaside sauna, curling up with a blanket by the fire, or digging into the unreal meals Suzie dishes up. Think colorful, nourishing, homemade food that’s just as comforting as it is delicious — definitely one of the highlights of the retreat.
Evenings are for connection: bonfires, warm drinks, shared stories, and laughter as the sky glows with late Arctic light.
Please note: We require a minimum of 6 participants for this retreat to go ahead. To avoid any issues, we recommend booking a fully flexible flight unless we’ve confirmed that the minimum number of sign-ups has been reached.
This retreat is for women only and includes hiking, yoga, meditation, nature, and nourishing food—all the things we love!
Bring your own hiking gear; we’ll provide yoga mats if needed.
