Abisko is one of Sweden’s best destinations for ice climbing, offering a variety of frozen waterfalls perfect for both beginners and experienced climbers. The combination of glistening ice walls, the surrounding Abisko mountains, and the vast lake Torneträsk creates a breathtaking backdrop that makes this experience truly unforgettable.
Your certified guide will equip you with all the necessary gear – alpine boots, crampons, harness, and helmet – and teach you the basics of climbing vertical ice. After a short drive to the icefall, you’ll learn how to move safely on ice and use your tools with confidence.

Pick-up instructions:
Please be at the reception of your chosen pick-up point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. We only stop at pre-booked pick-up points according to the timetable. Changes to pick-up location must be made at least 24 hours before departure.
