Join Mindfully for a meditation and adventure retreat in Lofoten, Norway, where mindfulness, movement, and nature come together in a calm and welcoming setting. From May 6–10, 2026, this small-group retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the raw beauty of northern Norway.
This retreat in Lofoten gently combines daily meditation, scenic hikes to nearby summits, peaceful kayaking in Hopen, sauna sessions, and nourishing meals shared together. There is no pressure to perform or achieve — only space to be present, rest, and explore at your own pace, surrounded by dramatic mountains and Arctic landscapes.
Our retreats are designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nature, and the present moment. There’s no need for fixing or achieving anything – just the opportunity to be. It’s about showing up as you are, without pressure or expectations.
We’ve created a schedule based on what we know helps us find peace and presence – from meditation to hiking and quiet moments in nature. But only you know what you truly need. That’s why there are no rules, no obligations, and no expectations. You’re free to do what feels right for you.
We’ll be joining in most activities too, not as instructors, but as fellow participants. It’s a practice that helps us stay present, and we believe it’ll help you too.
Rain, wind, or sunshine, nature is always ready to offer its healing presence. We head out regardless of the weather, and we invite you to do the same. So, pack clothes that keep you warm and dry, and get ready to reconnect with nature in all its moods.
This is the perfect opportunity to step away from your phone and immerse yourself in the experience. While there are no strict rules about digital devices, we’ll happily hold onto your phone for the weekend if you’d like to focus entirely on yourself and the present moment.
Our talented chef, Suzie, prepares meals that nourish both body and soul. After a day of hiking, enjoy fresh, homemade dishes – including almond butter, freshly baked bread, and the fluffiest scrambled eggs you’ll ever taste. Our meals are mostly vegetarian with a touch of seafood, and while we don’t serve alcohol, we leave that choice up to you.
Everyone is welcome, but please note that Lofoten Apartments is not wheelchair accessible. Additionally, our summit hikes can be challenging, so if you have any injuries or health conditions, let us know before booking. We’ll make sure the retreat is the right fit for you.
The camp is hosted by us Gustav Nord & Axel Wennhall – the co-founders of Mindfully. We’ll be joining in most activities too, not as instructors, but as fellow participants. It’s a practice that helps us stay present, and we believe it’ll help you too. If you want to learn more about us, check out our own website Mindfully.nu
